DropsA North America is committed to offering competitive products and services especially during the current challenging global market conditions.
Over the past 12 months, DropsA North America has seen unprecedented increases in both material costs and the ability to get finished products into the United States from overseas.
Up to this point, DropsA North America has been able to mitigate these price increases by adopting methods to decrease costs associated with other aspects of our business through new / updated solutions.
However, it has become apparent that these price escalations can only be managed for so long. Therefore, starting January 1st, 2023, DropsA North America will be implementing a 10% list price increase on all material.
All orders placed in DropsA North America’s ERP system by December 31st, 2022, at 5:00 PM EST, will maintain current pricing. Additionally, all new or updated orders received prior to January 1st, with due dates past April 1st, 2023, will incur the price increase. Current sales orders that are in-house and waiting for material from manufacturing will have pricing held.
